🔒Kings Vault (Treasury)

The Kings Vault is a collection of non-native token assets that will be used to further develop the protocol and provide a robust backing for the project to support its long-term growth.

In the spirit of transparency, there are five primary endeavours that the Kings Vault funds will be used for:

Marketing Campaigns - 10%

We believe marketing to be equally important as the product itself, so a large portion of the treasury will be used for this. This will include partnerships, collaborations, promotions, YouTube videos, social media influencers, giveaways, airdrops, competition prizes, and much more!

Protocol Investments - 30%

The Reign Ecosystem is vast, and we will be allocating some of the Kings Vault funds to cross-chain stable coin yield farming investments, low-risk capital investments, and both on-chain and future off-chain investments. Profits from these investments will be fed back into the King's Vault and be used to pay dividends to investors who lock up $REIGN.

Buybacks/Burns/Range Bound System - 40%

Our closed-loop system and multiple revenue streams help ensure that a trading range is defended by 40% of the treasury. Before launch, calculations will be made to determine a trading range based on treasury assets which the treasury/liquidity manager will enforce. This portion of the treasury will also be used for intense buybacks and burns. How much is added to the liquidity manager model will be determined, and the treasury will supply that.

Operations Costs - 10%

This portion will be used for the overhead costs of running the protocol, such as domain fees, dev work, and outsourced hires (e.g., copywriters, graphic designers, NFT artists, mods, etc.). A portion of this will also go towards protocol expansion as we build more use cases and functionality for $REIGN.

Float - 10%

A small percentage of the King's Vault will be reserved as float capital and will be untouched. It will only be activated in dire circumstances or black-swan events as an additional support layer.

The exact percentage distribution of each endeavour may vary slightly depending on the protocol's needs and will be adjusted accordingly as Reign Protocol develops further.

🔒 The Kings Vault wallet is also protected by a multi-sig as an extra security measure. It will require a 3/5 consensus from the core team. We will be looking to add VIPs and community members to this later on.
